Kir Kanos was made from:

Head = Space Quest Guy
Body = Han Carbonite
Helmet = Royal Guard
Cape = FB Vader
Hair, Armor, Boots = S.Sculpey

I like this Figure. I made it about 2 months before the POTJ Cor. Gurad came out or I would have just used the Cor. Guards armor to make Kir. Oh well. I think mine came out better then the Hasbro one (he's a little to scrawny). The scar was burnt into his face.
